From the page of each apartment and studio, you can see its location, information, photos and characteristics. The pictures published in each file are of an apartment of similar characteristics.
You can request availability of your bookmarks by:

B- Or you can create your favorites list by clicking on

C- You can also do so by calling to phone no. +34 915 719 344 or sending an e-mail to INFO@PROINCA.ES.. Your request does not guarantee the immediate availability of the apartments and studies requested.
A soon as PROINCA receives your email, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to inform you about availability.
Once availability is confirmed, we can plan a visit to the apartment. If you like the apartment and wish to rent it, PROINCA will start the contract process. Once the contract is signed, you must pay the first month’s rent and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. A few days before you move into the apartment, we will contact you to prepare everything. PROINCA will not charge you any kind of agency commission or contract processing expenses. The deposit will be returned to you on the day you leave the apartment, provided there is no damage.
PROINCA will be at your disposal from the time of your arrival to give you the keys and all the information you may need about the working of the apartment equipment or anything else you may need. We will also give you a phone number for if you have any query or require any assistance. PROINCA will also be there at the time you leave to pay back the deposit and pick up the keys.
Before requesting the availability of the apartments and studios you like most, please carefully read the characteristics which you will find in the complete profile. Check the apartment equipment, see the optional services PROINCA offers and the increases applied to rent price for periods of 1 to 3 months or less than 1 month.
