05/01/2012 Despite the rise of the IBI, Proinca keeps the price of their rents
Spanish Government approved on December 30 a series of tax changes that affect, among others, the Property Tax (IBI). This tax will rise over the next two years, with increases of up to 10%. However, this measure is not bad news for our tenants, thanks to the effort of Proinca in order to offer the best to its customers, keeping their rents by the moment so that they can continue to enjoy their stay without surprises in Madrid in 2012.
